ブラジルのジェリコアコアラで開催されたIWSA（WingFoil Racing World Tour）ワールドカップで弊社取扱メーカー「Ocean rodeo」のインターナショナルライダーである「Mathis Ghio」が見事世界王者に輝きました！
ジェリコアコアラは、北東から20ノットの強い風が吹くコンディションでMathisはライバルを置き去りにする走りで見事トップを走り、この大会の優勝とIWSAの年間チャンピオンにを獲得しました。

今回優勝したMathisが使用するウィングは弊社で販売しているGLIDE（グライド） Aシリーズ ウィングです。
GLIDEは、世界一軽量なウィングで、パフォーマンスも凄まじく、3種類のハンドルをシーンによって変更できる他のウィングでは出来ないアイディアが組み込まれています。
以下Mathisのコメントです。
“I can’t say how much winning this world title means to me. It’s a really special moment and I have worked super hard to reach this point. Competing at this event in Jeri was a lot of fun but very challenging with the weeds. I really improved my jumping skills and it was a bit like border crossing skiing at times. Consistency was hard to achieve, but that was the key to winning.”
